You can add your Compleo / Innogy / E.ON wallbox to our system. Please proceed as follows:
To establish a backend connection via OCPP, the wallbox firmware must be version 1.1.16 or higher. Refer to chapter 6.3.2 of the manual for instructions on how to perform a firmware update.
ECU → "ACCU"
To set up a connection to a backend via OCPP, you must first adjust the operating mode and the backend protocol.
Navigate to the "ECU" menu item and select the "ACCU" tab. Then, set the "Operation-Mode" field to "b2b" and change the backend protocol to "OCPP-generic".
When you add the wallbox in our system, your individual OCPP-URL will be displayed in the wallbox menu.
You must now enter this link into your wallbox. Please check your wallbox manual to see where this link needs to be stored. Please ensure that the name of the wallbox does not contain any spaces " " or underscores "_". Otherwise, the control will not function.
ECU → "OCPP"
Next, switch to the "OCPP" tab. Here, you have the option to enter the Chargebox ID (1), the Endpoint URL (2), and the username and password (SIM) (3). These parameters form the basis for a successful connection to any OCPP-based CPO backend.
Note: Please do not change the Homebox parameters; these have no effect on the connection to your backend.
Integration
Once you have completed this configuration, it may take up to 10 minutes for your wallbox to register. As soon as the connection to your wallbox is established, it will appear in the dropdown under your OCPP-URL.
⚠️ To receive the initial status from the wallbox, a charging session must be started.
